The Pre-Conference Food for Health Workshop "Optimizing protein quality: Balancing plant and animal sources for health and sustainability" is offered in-person, as well as virtually via livestream.
The Pre-Conference Trainee Workshop "AI-Powered Nutrition Research: From Theory to Practice" is open exclusively to CNS Student (Undergraduate and Graduate) members and CNS Early Career I postdoctoral fellow members. Trainees must register for the conference to attend the workshop. This is an in-person event only, and space is limited to 40 participants. Participants must bring a laptop (ideally) or tablet. Experience in coding is not necessary. More detailed instructions will be provided before the session.
