At this practical tasting experience, you will enjoy a delicious, nutritious, accessible and sustainable menu while being educated on the “Gastronomy of Tomorrow” by Hilton executive chef Marie-Chantal Lepage (read interview) and Université Laval’s Professor Angelo Tremblay. Taking place in the impressive 23rd floor Plaines room at the Hilton Quebec, your ticket price includes the cost of the innovative tasting menu and personalized chef demonstration/presentation.  The floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views overlooking Canada's oldest city will enhance this unique and creative culinary education experience . Option 2: Parcours Epicuriens

Join this fun and entertaining Progressive Mystery Dinner. Delegates will meet outside of the Quebec Convention Centre for a 6:45pm departure to four gourmet establishments within walking distance of the conference hotel.  During this experience you will enjoy three main dishes, four glasses of wine and a sweet finale. Delegates will make their way back to the hotel on their own.

Option 3: Guided Walking Tour

Join us for a free Guided Walking Tour through just some of the beautiful sites of Québec City.  Led by well-known CNS member and friend – Benoît Lamarche, this guided tour will take approximately 60 minutes to complete. Delegates are free to "hop off the tour" whenever you please! The tour will end in an area surrounded by excellent restaurants where delegates are on their own for the remainder of the evening. Delegates are strongly encouraged to make a reservation in advance at their restaurant of choice.*
