CNS promotes nutrition science and education, and advocates for the application of best practice and policies for the promotion of health and the prevention and treatment of disease. The CNS Annual Conference is a forum for the presentation of scientific research spanning basic, regulatory/policy, clinical and community nutrition research. It is the only Canadian nutrition conference that spans healthcare professionals, government scientists, academics, and industry. Attendees come together to share ideas and to determine how to improve nutrition practices and policies through collaboration and open communication.
